Knowledge Sharing
Driving CGT progress with open knowledge sharing

Introduction
Our aim is to improve therapy development and delivery through knowledge sharing and collaboration platforms. By launching a open, structured collaboration portal we facilitate exchange of non-confidential data, enhancing patient access.
The Challenge
Knowledge remains siloed, slowing innovation and collaboration. The lack of structured sharing mechanisms prevents stakeholders from leveraging collective insights to accelerate patient access and therapy development.
Our Approach
We are developing a collaboration portal that enables stakeholders to share and access structured, non-confidential data, templates, and best practices. By fostering trust through transparent frameworks and scoring mechanisms, the platform aims to standardise processes, reduce duplication of effort, and accelerate therapy development. It encourages active participation across academia, biotechs, CDMOs, and innovation groups.
Progress So Far
- Defined scope focusing on quality documentation and standards
- Developed initial portal concept and engagement plan
- Initiated survey and ideation phase with SAB and industry groups
- Established PoC direction to support structured collaboration
Looking Ahead
The next phase focuses on launching the proof of concept, gathering usability insights, and refining design features. As the platform evolves, we aim to build structured participation and scoring mechanisms to foster an open, collaborative CGT ecosystem.
