Breaking Down Silos to Build Access

Access to cell and gene therapies shouldn’t depend on where a patient lives or how well initiatives are connected. When geographic, organisational, and infrastructural barriers persist, they perpetuate inequity. A unified approach across care networks, policy frameworks, and delivery systems can close access gaps and accelerate the adoption of advanced treatments.

Fragmented platforms, inconsistent reimbursement models, and uneven provider readiness continue to limit the reach of these transformative therapies. By pooling data, synchronising stakeholder efforts, and deploying shared infrastructure, we can ensure that breakthroughs reach all patients, regardless of location or institutional alignment.

When the ecosystem works as one, the promise of cell and gene therapy becomes not just a possibility but a practical reality for the many, not just the few.
