Access & Accreditation
Expanding CGT access through streamlined pathways.

Introduction
Strengthening collaboration with accreditation organisations will help expand access to CGT by aligning accreditation pathways with reimbursement readiness. FACT engagement is central to building trust, ensuring safety, and improving adoption.
The Challenge
Strict accreditation processes limit the number of qualified treatment centres, reducing access and slowing adoption. Expectations are often misaligned with existing accreditation frameworks.
Our Approach
We are partnering with FACT leadership to explore ways to streamline and expand accreditation while maintaining quality standards. By understanding accreditation metrics and criteria, we aim to inform accreditation frameworks that balance safety, capacity, and reimbursement readiness. This approach helps enable broader access without compromising patient safety.
Progress So Far
- Initiated discussions with FACT leadership
- Gathered insights on CAR-T and autologous therapy evidence requirements
- Identified alignment opportunities with accreditation metrics and criteria
- Explored concepts for a more flexible, tiered accreditation model
Looking Ahead
We aim to develop accreditation benchmarks and advocate for a tiered FACT system. This will broaden the provider network, support reimbursement readiness, and accelerate access to advanced therapies.
